The Management:
“UTTARAKHAND
UTHAN SAMITI” (UUS) came into existence on 14th May 2004 with the
aim of fulfillments of the longfelt need to impart quality technical
education at an affordable cost in the region. The Society is
registered with the Registrar of Societies, Uttarakhand, under the
Societies Registration Act (Registration No. 20181 D). The Promoter
& the Chairman of the Society is Shri. Sanjay Bansal, an eminent
entrepreneur of Dehradun.

Professional Institutions (each having individual premises /
buildings) are operated under Uttrakhand Uthan Samiti, a non-profit
Society, professionally managed by the Eminent Academicians,
Industrialists and Scientists
The
students intake in the year 2005 in the campus was only around 200,
which has increased to the level of 2800+ in the year 2009-10, on
account addition of courses and above institutions as mentioned
herein. Similarly the faculty strength at present has reached to the
level of 200 teachers.
Approvals & Affiliations:
The Engineering, Pharmacy and Management
programs of the Group are duly approved by All India Council For
Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, New Delhi and
affiliated to

Message:
One of the most important points in the minds of
few entrants, as they join a course, is employment avenues and
placement potential of the course. Dev Bhoomi Group Of Institutions, right from its inception, has been conscious of its
obligations towards placement of the students, so as to prepare them
of complex professional roles in a changing society, having advance
knowledge through state of art education and cultivating
scholarship.
Our aim is to train the students, armed with the
ability to work effectively and efficiently, across professional
boundaries, so that they can emerge as leaders and innovators in
their chosen professions. With this goal in view, the institute has
been updating and modernizing its curricula to make the courses more
industry- oriented. Simultaneously innovative teaching methods and
aids have also been introduced, to improve the quality of education
imparted.
The courses at Dev Bhoomi
Group Of Institutions have been designed and tailored as a better response to
the constantly evolving technological and social needs of the
country in 21st century, considering all aspects of growth and
modernization.
I fervently believe that later on our future
alumni will prove useful to the task which may be entrusted to them.
With a strong academic background and intense training received at
this institute, our students will become well equipped to face
future challenges. I am confident that they prove themselves to be a
great asset to any organization they join and will prove worthy of
having been associated with this Institute as its quality power.
